Three generations of flooring. One family approach.
Our family has worked in flooring since 1956, with Deben established in 1986. What began as a small carpet shop has grown into a trusted Suffolk flooring company, working with homeowners, interior designers and developers across the county.
Today Deben is owned and run by Chris and Rachel Bixby, pictured above on their wedding day. It’s still very much a family business: when you ring the showroom, it’s often Chris who picks up.
A great deal has changed over the years, but our approach hasn’t. We measure carefully, advise honestly and manage every detail — from the first conversation to the final installation.
